Margin notes — corrections

I treat this page like the margin of a printed book: small fixes, dated, visible. If you spot something wrong before I do, email the side door and I will add an entry here after verifying. I do not stealth-edit body text without leaving a trace.

9 August 2026 Drift 03 — bus service
Originally wrote "198" in one paragraph; the service I take at night is the 199. Body text corrected; this note remains.
21 July 2026 Chin Swee note — route detail
Clarified that we walked toward Outram Park MRT, not Chinatown MRT, after the meal. Direction mattered to a reader who lives on the street.
4 June 2026 Drift 02 — park name
Used "Chinese Garden loop" once by habit; the walk described is the Jurong Lake loop only. Removed the stray reference.
10 May 2026 Drift 04 — market day
Implied the market was closed on Sundays; it is quieter but open. Sentence amended in the drift note.
2 April 2026 Byline — job title
Earlier version said "warehouse supervisor"; current role is logistics planner. Title updated to match.
15 March 2026 Drift 01 — stall name
I never name stalls without permission. Removed a nickname for the kopi uncle that he did not use himself.

Six corrections so far. The list will grow. Accuracy on a personal blog is still accuracy — just scoped to what one person can verify without becoming someone else's news desk.

I date every entry when the fix ships, not when the error was spotted. If an amendment touches the Chin Swee note, I mention it there in a sidenote only if the change alters meaning; typos get margin notes alone. Drift notes follow the same rule.
